How you can Assess Retail POS Vendors

* The amount training is included? (10 hours? 20 hours? Must you prepay for blocks of your energy?)
* How many support hours are included and how much does a support contract cost and precisely what does it cover? Is it 24/7, 9am to 5pm? Is it on-site, or would they dial directly into your pc, or perhaps it just phone support?
* Spend some time and investigate the product and also the VAR thoroughly. Buying a software technique is a lot like engaged and getting married - it is a long lasting commitment.
